Talk to the person who built it

Fore-ward Thinking is run by its founder. There is no support tier and no ticket queue. Your message goes to the person who wrote the code and who uses the app on his own sessions.

What to include, so the first reply is useful

• A coaching or account question: the email address you signed up with, and what you were trying to do.
• A bug: which device and browser you were on, what you clicked, what you expected, and a screenshot if you have one. Because the app runs in the browser, a fix usually reaches you the next time you load the page.
• A launch monitor export that would not read: which launch monitor and which software produced it, and the file itself. The parser reads CSV and spreadsheet exports, and a real file is worth more than a description of one.
• A number you think is wrong: the club, the number, and what your device or your fitter says instead. The free tools are built to refuse a guess rather than flatter you, and a wrong refusal is a bug we want.

Billing and your account

Subscriptions are managed from inside the app. You can cancel any time and your Golfer DNA stays exactly where you left it, so you can pick up again whenever you come back. Account deletion is also available inside the app; what that removes, and how long anything is kept, is spelled out in the Privacy Policy. The Terms of Service cover the rest.

Press, partnerships, and everything else

Same address. If you write about golf simulators or launch monitors and want to try the app or test the free tools against your own exports, say so and you will hear back.
