They are well struck windows per club for smash factor, back spin, launch angle, and descent angle, anchored to tour averages and widened to cover solid amateur contact. A number outside a window is not broken. It is a signal about where ball speed or stopping power is leaking.
Not straight off the shelf, and this page knows it. The published windows assume classic lofts, near 34 degrees on a 7 iron. Modern distance sets run 3 to 6 degrees stronger, which moves spin, launch and descent down about one club and pushes smash factor up. Tell the page your loft and it reads a 28 degree 7 iron against the 5 or 6 iron window instead, and says so in the verdict. Leave it blank and a number that would be healthy on a strong set gets a check your loft flag rather than a flat low.
Because your launch monitor estimated that number rather than measuring it. Some exports say so themselves in a spin rate type column, and for the rest you can pick your device in the setup block. A Garmin R10 indoors always models spin, and a Mevo Plus indoors needs stickers on the ball before the radar can read it. Comparing a modelled number against a benchmark tells you about the model, not about your swing.
Ball flight data shows what the club and the ball did, not what your body did. That is why every verdict says what a number is consistent with instead of naming a swing fault it cannot see.
